Understanding your bill

We try to make the billing process as clear as possible, but if you need more information, or want to access your billing details in a different way, we’ve plenty of options for you.


My O2

My O2 is the quickest and easiest way to access your billing information online. Once you log into My O2 and visit the 'My bill summary' section, you’ll find:


  • Details of your remaining minutes, text and data allowances
  • Itemised billing, by clicking 'View my full bill'
  • Printable copies, by clicking 'View and print your bill'
  • Downloadable PDF copies, by clicking 'View and print your bill', scrolling to the bottom of the bill, and clicking the 'Download PDF' link
  • A download link for a PDF reader, just in case


My O2 app

You can also download the My O2 app, it’s free to download for Android and iPhone users. Whether you're a Pay & Go or Pay Monthly customer, you'll be able to enjoy some of these fantastic features:


  • A full itemised bill including your most expensive, longest and most frequent calls
  • Fully itemised recent charges to the account since last bill
  • All syncing with your phone book contacts so you can see who you’ve called and texted
  • Six months detailed bill history
  • Notifications on the homepage to let you know when you’re running low on minutes, messages and data
  • O2 Refresh customers can now view their Phone Plan


Android users can download the My O2 App for free from the Google Play
iPhone users can download the My O2 App for free from the App Store


Mobile services

If you can't get online, you can find out your remaining credit, minutes, texts and data by:


  • Sending an SMS with the word "Balance" to 20202
  • Dialling 4444 free from your mobile
  • Keying *#10# then pressing the call button to see your balance on your display
