Understanding your bill

We try to make the billing process as clear as possible, but if you need more information, or want to access your billing details in a different way, we’ve plenty of options for you.


My O2

My O2 is the quickest and easiest way to access your billing information online. Once you log into My O2 and visit the 'My bill summary' section, you’ll find:


  • Details of your remaining minutes, text and data allowances
  • Itemised billing, by clicking 'View my full bill'
  • Printable copies, by clicking 'View and print your bill'
  • Downloadable PDF copies, by clicking 'View and print your bill', scrolling to the bottom of the bill, and clicking the 'Download PDF' link
  • A download link for a PDF reader, just in case


My O2 app

You can also download the My O2 app, it’s free to download for Android and iPhone users. Whether you're a Pay & Go or Pay Monthly customer, you'll be able to enjoy some of these fantastic features:


  • A full itemised bill including your most expensive, longest and most frequent calls
  • Fully itemised recent charges to the account s
