Managing your bill and payments

Managing your bill and payments needn’t be complicated. Here’s how to view your payment history, change your payment details, or make a payment.


My O2

You can view and manage your bill and payments online by logging into My O2 or you can download the My O2 app on your mobile.


To check your payment history:


  • Under My Bill Summary, click View and Print your latest Bill
  • Click Payments on the left hand menu
  • Click Payment History


To change your payment details:


  • Click Payment Details on the left hand menu


To pay your bill:


  • Under My Bill Summary, click Pay Your Bill


Remember: You can change your bank details in My O2, but you can’t set up a new payment method. To do this, please get in touch – but bear in mind that you won’t be able to change your payment details in the seven days before your next Direct Debit is due.


Remember: If you usually pay by Direct Debit, your bank may still try to take the payment if you pay by phone within 48 hours of the Direct Debit due date.


Direct Debit


Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bill. It takes up to seven days to set up a new Direct Debit for your account.


If your bill is due within seven days of changing your details, we'll take the payment using your old Direct Debit and bank account details.
