About the Your O2 Numbers Bolt On

From November 1st there will be a new bolt on available to all our Pay & Go customers called Your O2 Numbers. The Bolt On is a combination bundle which will give you an allowance of any mix of 1000 minutes or texts per month to up to 10 nominated O2 mobile numbers. The Bolt On will cost £5 per month, and will be deducted from the balance on your mobile.

You can opt in, opt out and manage the Bolt On in a number of different ways as shown below:

  • Using our interactive website at www.o2.co.uk/youro2numbers

  • Text TEN to 21300 and follow the instructions

  • Ring our automated service on 2425

  • Visit an O2 store

  • Click the 'Call us' or 'Email us' links below
Your O2 Numbers Bolt On will take up to 48 hours to activate. We will send you a text message to confirm when your Bolt On has been activated.

Once activated, Your O2 Numbers Bolt On will continue to be applied and your monthly payment deducted each month on your anniversary date, until you choose to opt out of the service. Each month you will receive a reminder text message 48 hours before your monthly Bolt On payment is deducted.

You can choose your 10 nominated O2 numbers or request us to auto-populate Your O2 Numbers with your most used O2 mobile phone numbers.

If you have been active with O2 for over 30 days, O2 will be able to chose your most used O2 Numbers for you. This can be done by: If you are a new customer, (less than 30 days), unfortunately O2 won't be able to choose your numbers for you as we won't have enough information on your call history. However you can select your own numbers by visiting the website and inputting your chosen numbers or by calling 2425, but you will need your numbers to hand if you call from your mobile.

The website will also allow you to store additional information, for example a name for your network and your email address.

You can change your nominated numbers once every 30 days and this will take up to 48 hours to be implemented.

You can do this by:
  • Visiting the website www.o2.co.uk/youro2numbers

  • Texting SET UP to 21300 to automatically update your numbers

  • Calling 2425 free from your mobile
(By texting SETUP to 21300 your most called and texted O2 numbers will be chosen for you based on your last 3 months calling data)

If you wish to opt out of the Bolt On then you must do so at least 48 hours before your next anniversary date is due otherwise your monthly Bolt On charge will be deducted from your balance.

Bolt On allowances can be used while you are in the UK only unless otherwise stated Standard charges apply once your Bolt On allowance(s) have been used. For your remaining balance on the Bolt On, text BALANCE to 20202, or call 4444 option 2, option 2.
