  • What services are closing?

    We are closing O2 Email from the 1st November, only Broadband customers will continue to have access to O2 email accounts after this date. However, we will be closing the Email to Mobile and O2 Broadband Calendar services.

  • Why are you turning off Bluebook?

    We have noticed less people using this service over the last few years and the vast majority of smart phones already back up the same information as Bluebook.

  • Is there any alternative to Send Txt?

    For pay monthly customers we have our new app TU Go. This allows you to install a desktop program on your PC and send and receive SMS as if you were using your own phone. Check out TU Go for more details.

  • When are you turning off Send Txt?

    From 1 November 2013 you will no longer have access to the Send Txt service on the O2 website. We recommend that you use any paid allowance before that date.

  • What will happen to my information stored in Bluebook?

    From 1 November 2013 all data will be deleted from the O2 Bluebook service and you will not be able to access it. Please make sure that you perform a final synchronisation before that date.

    From 1 November 2013 you will no longer have access to Bluebook or any of the features. If you still use Bluebook we recommend you backup your contacts before then.
